From start to finish Pampa's Fox was incredible!! They were easy to communicate with and were on top of all the wedding day logistics including guest dietary restrictions. The whole staff was wonderful, and the food was amazing too! We got nonstop compliments from wedding guests about how great the food was!! Booking them was such a fantastic decision, and we would highly recommend to anyone else looking for a caterer!

Pampas Fox catered our wedding this August and they were absolutely phenomenal!!! We chose them because they were (amazingly) able to create a custom menu for us including using our own personal family recipes and preferences! They made authentic Peruvian dishes for our dinner buffet and appetizers, and we used many of their DELICIOUS options as well including their summer salad, appetizers like the beautiful charcuterie board, delicious empanadas, and more.. and their cutting cake and mini dessert bites which included the absolute best mini alfajores we had ever tasted!!! And we used their peach sangria which all of our guests loved! Absolute top notch food, drinks, service, set up of beautiful rentals, and overall incredible customer service and hands on interaction from day one. They truly made our wedding day. If you don’t want standard, bland, basic Wedding food….go with Pampas Fox!! They will blow your mind.

We work with the team at Pampa's on many events every year along with many other vendors. I must say their team is the most professional team I have ever worked with. Occasionally we get the opportunity to enjoy their food which is always delicious.

My wedding isn’t until 5 months from now, I am working with Cathy as my day of coordinator and honestly I’ve only had positive experiences thus far. Cathy is very responsive and helpful. She has also assisted in sending multiple proposal so that the catering bill can fit my budget. I will write a post wedding update after my wedding. But so far it’s been great.

Mid post wedding update:
We did our tasting with Pampas today and I am beyond impressed. The food was AMAZING, it was more than just basic wedding food. I just know my guest are going to be WOWED and I literally cannot wait.

Update: my wedding past. Cathy was my planner, by far exceeded my expectations as a planner! It rained on my wedding day I was very hopeless but she took care of everything. My mom was extremely impressed with Cathy and she’s a hard lady to impress. Somehow my parents got stranded at the wedding and Cathy offered to take them home. I don’t know many planners that would offer to do something like that. Get a planner the genuinely cares for you! Thank you so much Cathy! Also the food was amazing! My guest were so impressed with the cocktail food. Every dinner plate had a flower. I had at least 20 guest tell me how welcoming and fun the waiters were. Honestly 10/10 would recommend !

We hired Pampas Fox for our wedding at Cana Vineyards and Winery in October, and their service was amazing! Not only did this company respond to our initial inquiries quickly, they also contacted us multiple times after we hired them to make sure all of our needs were met, and they were flexible with the changes we had to make.
From the empanadas and charcuterie boards we had at cocktail hour, to their root vegetables and quinoa salad we ate for dinner, everything they made was absolutely delectable, and my family still talks about the food to this day! Working with Pampas Fox was stress-free and a source of positivity during our wedding season, and we are so grateful to have found them. I'd 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer!

Pampas Fox, from the beginning (wedding tasting), has blown us out of the water. Their food and pricing was amazing compared with their competitors we were interested in. During our actual wedding day, they provided wonderful service, and all of our guests LOVED the food. I also purchased my wedding cake through them. I was a bit needy and went back and forth until I got the exact style I wanted that they could create. Juanita and the team did everything they could to deliver, and deliver they did! I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who asks and use them again for my catering needs.

I had the privilege of working with Pampa's Fox Catering for a wedding at Cana Vineyards on 5/26/24. Dymond was our point of contact and did a great job communicating with me as the wedding planner and the couple. On the day of the wedding, their team arrived on time, set up all of the tables, chairs, and tableware, and of course served an amazing course of great food! My personal favorite was the cheese and corn empanadas as the appetizer and the honey mustard chicken for the entree. The bride even expressed that she ate so many yummy appetizers she didn't know how she was going to finish her dinner!
Pampa's Fox Catering is on my preferred vendor list and one of the best catering companies I've ever worked with! I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again soon!
